These terms and conditions govern your use of the online courses provided by SriPAA, (Sri Paramahamsa Atharva Ayurdhama).
We SriPAA community members mentioning the following terms and conditions to access the providing services through by us through our website or other platform.
 Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our online courses. By accessing or using any part of the course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the course.

1. Access to Course

ಶ್ರೀಪಾ, (ಶ್ರೀ ಪರಮಹಂಸ ಅಥರ್ವ ಆಯುರ್ಧಾಮ) ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಕೆಯನ್ನು ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.

1.2 ನೀವು ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು, ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬಾರದು, ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಬಾರದು, ವಿತರಿಸಬಾರದು ಅಥವಾ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯಿಕವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು.

2. ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾವತಿ

2.1 ನಮ್ಮ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು, ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಬಹುದು.

2.2 ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಖರವಾದ, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಖರವಾದ, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮತ್ತು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಂತಹ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ.

3. ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಆಸ್ತಿ

3.1 ಪಠ್ಯ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳು, ಪಠ್ಯ, ಗ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ಸ್, ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಹಕ್ಕುಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

3.2 ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವ ಲಿಖಿತ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನೀವು ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ನಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು, ನಕಲಿಸಲು, ಪುನರುತ್ಪಾದಿಸಲು, ಮರುಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು, ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಲು, ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಲು, ರವಾನಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ವಿತರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.

4. ವಾರಂಟಿಗಳ ಹಕ್ಕು ನಿರಾಕರಣೆ

4.1 ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಾವು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಖಾತರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

4.2 ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ದೋಷ-ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶವು ನಿರಂತರ ಅಥವಾ ಅಡಚಣೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಇದು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಂದ ಸಂಭವಿಸಬಹುದು.

5. ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯ ಮಿತಿ

5.1 ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ಬಳಸಲು ಅಸಮರ್ಥತೆಯಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ನೇರ, ಪರೋಕ್ಷ, ವಿಶೇಷ, ಪ್ರಾಸಂಗಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಹಾನಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

5.2 ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕ್ಲೈಮ್‌ಗಳು, ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು, ಹಾನಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ನಷ್ಟವನ್ನುಂಟುಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರುಪದ್ರವವಾಗಿಡಲು ನೀವು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಿ.

6. ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳು

6.1 ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ವಿವೇಚನೆಯಿಂದ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
